Choosing Twins or Triplets: If you would like to roleplay appointments with two or three babies please right click and pay the appropriate package to receive your “Twins Ticket” or “Triplets Ticket”. (Please note that the Single, Twins, and Triplets options are not actual babies to take home. Babies for interaction after birth need to be purchased separately. If you simply want one baby, please disregard this step).
Choosing Options: Option 1: High Risk? If you would like to roleplay complications during your pregnancy (Some examples include, but are not limited to; gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, C-section, etc.) please right click and pay the package to receive your “High Risk Ticket”. Please note that high risk patients are assigned to both a doctor and a midwife who will collaborate in your care to give you the thrill and realism you are looking for.
Option 2: Live Avi Birth? This unique option allows mom to give birth to an avatar! This avatar can either be your own baby avatar or an alternate HOC staff account! Please right click and pay the package to receive your “Live Avi Ticket”. Moms expecting twins or triplets may also select the the Live Avi Option. *Please note that patients requiring a C-Section may NOT select the Live Avi Option.
HOC staff can provide a custom-made Totsipop avatar (parents may select the skin tone and hair color of baby). In this case, please remember that your family will still need to purchase a baby to take home from a separate vendor.

Enjoy a beautifully appointed HOC delivery room with adjoining bathroom in the heart of our clinic for up to 24 hours after delivery. Laboring options for mommy-to-be include a chair, bed or tub.
Chic and stylish, the Royal Suite is the perfect choice for total privacy and luxurious surroundings. Mommy-to-be will feel like a queen while enjoying this gorgeous living room and bedroom suite. Laboring options for Royal Suite patients include a bed and tub.
High risk patients that require a C-Section will feel at home in our fully equipped and private surgical suite. A lovingly decorated bedroom, living room and bathroom will help mommy and family to feel comfortable and cared for. Incubators are provided for the special needs’ newborn. Patients may recover at the C-Section Suite for up to 24 hours after delivery.
Join us Under the Sea at Mermaid's Cove for a truly unique birthing location. The first of our "Fantasy Suites" debuts with a beautiful underwater location completely private and surrounded by tropical fish and rainbow-colored coral reefs. Laboring options for mom include a tub, chair or, seashell bed. A beautiful 360° glass viewing dome provides a wonderful environment for relaxing up to 24 hours after delivery of your water baby.
Experience a water birth like no other at our HOC Waterfall Lagoon. Mother Nature surrounds and embraces mommy-to-be with lush gardens and cascading waterfalls. This incredibly beautiful and peaceful lagoon setting is perfect for those families seeking a natural and stress-free labor environment. Patients delivering at the Waterfall may recover at our private Gazebo Grotto for up to 24 hours after delivery.
Extraordinary accommodations await at our gracious, intimate and charmingly furnished HOC Château. Mommies-to-be staying at the Château may choose to labor in a tub or bed. Bring your family, enjoy a meal in the kitchen, lounge in the living room, and relax for up to 24 hours after delivery in your private, two-story dream Château.
Our top of the line luxury accommodations combines an unparalleled birth experience with an exclusive romantic mini vacation. Totally private and truly spectacular, this stunning fairy-tale home is available to your family and friends for up to 48 hours after delivery. Mommies-to-be staying at the Romantic Get-Away may choose to labor in the tub, chair, or bed.
Enjoy labor on your own sim and in your own home. Mommies wishing to labor at home must provide their care provider with a landmark to the exact location. Additionally, please allow up to 48 hours open sim access to the location before the scheduled labor to allow for their Dr. or Midwife to set up equipment. A minimum of 100 prims is needed to drop our custom equipment.
Being an extravagant birthing location which can only be selected through the purchase of a VIP Package, the Milionare Birth Suite brings modern, minimal and opened energy to Hands On Care. The location includes a small private beach, a pool and a Holliwood-like house. Watch out for Paparazzi! 3 Days of overnight stay included.
The Royalty Fairytale Castle is exclusivlly dedicated to our Royalty Package Patients and it is exquisitly crafted to be the most magical, extravagant and ambitious location we have ever created. Being practicaly as large as a full Second Life sim, the Royalty Fairytale castle has been shaped to make our clients feel immersed in a magical fairytale of which they are the kings and queens; the protagonists. This location also includes your Fairytale Ball & Throne room, an indoor swimming pool, your bowling ally, a royal apartment, a shopping area, a jewelery store, a magical safari experience, exam rooms and firework shows after the birth of the royal baby. 5 days of stay included... And they lived a happily ever after.
